Our mission is to accelerate social change in Kosovo by investing in its youth.
We want to achieve that by offering (1) non-formal education and (2) service learning programs, which help young people become equipped and motivated to become agents of positive social change.
Our programs are divided in two main pillars:
1. Youth education and development – that focuses on personal and leadership development, social skills, civic education and environmental awareness.
2. Youth community service learning – that aim to incentivize and encourage youth to serve their community with their new knowledge, confidence, and skills developed during TOKA programs.
In all that we do, we have a special focus in youth from disadvantaged communities, and provide opportunities to those who struggle to reach their full potential due to their socio-economic circumstances to be empowered.

We believe that learning through experience is the most impactful way to gain knowledge, confidence, and skills that is why - experiential learning - is at the core of everything we do.
We are a team of 20 people who believe in the work that we do. With an average staff age of 26 years, we are a young colourful mosaic of people with over 20 years of combined practise in experiential education, both in Kosovo and internationally.
Our Board of Directors are the like fathers and mothers that are there for us and support us in making big decisions for the organization.
Creating educational and empowering programs like ours requires a lot of resources. A significant part of the support that allows our work to happen comes from diverse donor organizations.
