Having identified the need of Kosovar youth in rural areas for new opportunities of thinking and acting, TOKA Outreach project’s goal was to increase the number of young leaders in rural areas in Kosovo with potential to be active and global citizens of the 21st century modern and progressive world.
It aimed to first scout for potential leaders in the area while organizing fun and educational activities for all the pupils involved, then to select the most motivated and with leadership potential and develop them through this project and future TOKA projects.
- Delivered eye opening, educational and fun program for all the pupils involved
- Motivated the pupils involved who have leadership potential to do community service so they act as multipliers in their communities
- Created a deeper connection with outdoors and Gërmia for the potential leaders
- Developed the potential leaders further through other transformational TOKA programs

stimulates young peoples’ interest in politics and the democratic process, at the same time develops their media skills and fosters the freedom of expression. During half-day workshops students become skilled in producing democracy themed videos and magazines, as well as experience the Kosovo parliament.
