Valon Xharra

Valon Xharra is a highly educated and a successful entrepreneur, investor and risk management expert with more than 20 years of advising Fortune 500 companies and leading large cross-functional teams. After settling in the United States, Valon has held senior leadership positions at several renown global companies. In his roles, Valon built enterprise-wide management programs for numerous high-tech companies and international organizations, shaped the commercial strategies of businesses to ensure that they operate efficiently and effectively, and has lead diverse teams to over-achieving their goals.

Valon has an MBA in Business Strategy from Boston University and an MA in International Security Policy from the Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. He is the Chairman of the Board of “Action for Mothers and Children” foundation, a Kosova-based NGO working to save lives and improve the health of infants, mothers and children in Kosovo.
