Ilir Hoxha is a doctor, researcher, and consultant from Kosovo.
Ilir has experience working with several international organizations such as the World Bank, UNICEF, UNFPA, German Technical Cooperation, and USAID in Kosovo. He was the founder of the Student Research Center in Kosovo and is active with civil society initiatives in Kosovo, including the GAP Institute for Advanced Studies, the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network, the Prishtina Institute for Political Studies, the Kosovo Action Network, and the Center for Advanced Studies.
Today, he works at Heimerer College and is a former board member of the American University in Kosovo.
