This role involves overseeing the planning and implementation of our Non-Formal Education program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and grant commitments. The successful candidate will manage financial and human resources, drive grant management, team leadership, project execution, and foster partnerships. Ideal candidates will bring a proven track record in grant and program management, financial oversight, and leadership.
In this pivotal role, you will ensure that TOKA’s programs are effectively developed and executed, managing both financial and human resources with a keen focus on compliance and impact. Responsibilities include overseeing project budgets, preparing detailed reports for donors, maintaining strong relationships with funding partners, and identifying opportunities for program growth. Your leadership will be critical in guiding project teams, providing mentorship, and fostering a productive work environment to achieve TOKA’s mission.
Founded in 2013, TOKA is committed to investing in Kosovo’s youth, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, through education and volunteering programs. As Kosovo’s top volunteering organization, TOKA engages over 1,000 volunteers annually and partners closely with local government and educational institutions. TOKA also chairs the Central and South-eastern Service-Learning Network and represents Kosovo in the SAME network.
