“GET EMPOWERED TODAY, CHANGE YOUR COMMUNITY TOMORROW!” PROJECT HAS STARTED!

The training sessions of the project “Get empowered today, change your community tomorrow!” aim to develop the skills of over 100 youngsters from Kaçanik, Elez Han, Gjilan and Viti!

The past two weeks, the participating youth got to know the program and each other, worked on areas such as interpersonal communication, and engaged in energizers and team building activities.

Through this project we are developing participants’ skills in communication, leadership, critical thinking, decision making, responsibility, independence and ultimately the ability to contribute to the development of their community.
