Keys to a good family balance
• Your children are glued to their screens and you struggle to get them off?
• You want them to take advantage of new technologies, but at the same time want to limit risks?
• What limits are appropriate and how to enforce them?
During this seminar, Anne Peymirat will propose techniques to effectively manage the time that everyone in the family passes in front of screens, and find the right balance in family.
Anne Peymirat is the author of the books ‘I do not cry anymore, I do not repeat, I manage!’ and ‘Unplug your children’. She is the mother of 4 children aged 7 to 18 years old. Graduated from HEC Paris, she first worked for 15 years at Accenture and then became passionate about parenting. She works with parents employed in large companies in their parenting approach (EDF, BNP Paribas, Total, Cetelem) and presents in town halls and associations. She has already supported more than 3 500 parents.
