The discussion table was held within the final activity of the HERO project, marking the end of the activities of this project.
In this event, representatives of the government such as the Ministry of Finance, Transfers and Labor, the Employment Agency of the Republic of Kosovo, the University of Pristina, decision makers, businesses, organizations and young people gathered to address the issue of youth employment in Kosovo.
Participants at the event engaged in fruitful discussions and exchange of ideas, experiences and best practices to create comprehensive solutions.
Government representatives showed their commitment to addressing the challenges faced by young people and the opportunities that the government is working to provide for these young people.
Special contributions were made by representatives from businesses and organizations, emphasizing the needs and demands of the labor market and the necessary skills required by employers.

The conference served as an opportunity to assess the impact of the One Stop Shop methodology and highlight its successes, as well as identify areas for further improvement and continued collaboration.
