Super-Citizens satisfied with their experience in the “Super-Active Citizens” Program

Super-Active Citizens Clubs started the weekly meetings in October of the year we left behind, and to see how these meetings went, the data analysis from the evaluation questionnaires shows the best.
 
The findings from the data analysis of evaluation questionnaires for work and team atmosphere during a cycle of Super-Citizens Clubs, which was attended by about 150 active Super-Citizens in Clubs, show that:
 
⇒95% of Super-Citizens stated that leaders treat all Super-Citizens equally;
⇒90% of Super-Citizens stated that in the Club everyone is treated equally;
⇒90% of Super-Citizens stated that leaders behave appropriately towards all Super-Citizens;
⇒Over 90% of Super-Citizens stated that leaders are cooperative with all Super-Citizens;
⇒Over 85% of Super-Citizens stated that leaders use the most appropriate vocabulary with the Super-Citizens;
⇒Over 85% of Super-Citizens stated that leaders are supportive of all Super-Citizens;
⇒85% of Super-Citizens stated that they have a positive atmosphere in the Club;
⇒82% of Super-Citizens stated that leaders explain topics during the meeting in an understandable way;
⇒82% of Super-Citizens stated that leaders make me feel comfortable in the meetings;
⇒81% of Super-Citizens stated that leaders are enthusiastic in every meeting;
⇒Nearly 80% of Super-Citizens stated that in the Club Super-Citizens respect each other;
⇒Nearly 80% of Super-Citizens stated that there is no harassing behavior towards each other in the Club;
⇒75% of Super-Citizens stated that the activities in the Club are interesting for them;
⇒Over 70% of Super-Citizens stated that they can be themselves in the Club without fear of prejudice or contempt;
 
We are very proud and happy that the engagement of young people in Super-Active Citizens Clubs is bringing value, equality and positivity along this journey.
 
Super Active Citizens Clubs are part of the Environmental activities, which are funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) through its “Human Rightivism” Program and the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of the Republic of Kosovo. These clubs are implemented by CDF and TOKA.
