It’s Your Time to BLOOM – Apply for the “Lulëzojnë” Scholarship 2025!

Dear young people of Kosovo, we are excited to announce that applications for the “Lulëzojnë” Scholarship 2025–2026 are now open!

“Lulëzojnë” is a unique opportunity for young people who want to bloom in their academic, professional, and personal journey by receiving financial support for their studies and becoming part of an inspiring community of engaged youth.

Who can apply?
The scholarship is dedicated to young people 18+ years old who:

✅ Are enrolled (or will enroll) in university studies (in Kosovo or abroad);
✅ Have demonstrated community engagement;
✅ Come from marginalized groups (girls, youth from rural areas, low-income families, first-generation students, etc.);
✅ Have satisfactory academic performance (a high school GPA over 4.0 or a university GPA over 8.0);
✅ Are motivated to contribute to their community.

🎯 Priority will be given to first-year Bachelor students in public universities!

What does a scholarship recipient receive?
The scholarship includes:
💶 Up to €1,000 (including income tax) that can be used to cover:

• University tuition
• Rent and housing
• Food and transportation
• Books and school supplies
• Technology (laptops, internet, printers)
• Health and psychological care, etc.
  

🎁 Additional support (optional) with donated products (such as laptops, transport tickets, books)
🚀 Internship opportunities (optional) with organizations or companies related to the student’s field of study
📣 Public promotion on TOKA’s social media and media platforms to increase visibility and inspire others

How are recipients selected?
The selection process includes three stages:

1. Document verification
   
2. Evaluation by the Selection Committee
   
3. Interviews with shortlisted candidates
   

📅 Key Dates:
⏰ Application deadline: August 15, 2025
📣 Announcement of winners: October 1, 2025
💸 Scholarship disbursement: October 15, 2025
🤝 First meeting with recipients: November 15, 2025
