Elsa Menxhiqi

Elsa joined TOKA in 2023 as a volunteer for Solidarity Action Day, a project that was implemented for the first time that year. Since October 2025, she has been part of the team as a Project Assistant.

A graduate in Psychology with experience in various civil society organizations, volunteer work, and research, Elsa approaches her tasks in a very serious and professional manner, while always finding time to share a laugh in between all her commitments. She is social and enjoys working with people, and contributing to the creation of an environment where everyone feels comfortable.

Currently, she is involved in the Non-Formal Education Program through the Solidarity Action Day project, as well as in the Formal Education Program, working closely with the rest of the team.

In her free time, she enjoys watching local TV series, so if you ever need an episode or a reference from “Kafeneja Jonë”, Elsa is the right person to ask.
