TOKA is launching the Scholarship Program “LULËZOJNË” to empower the Youth of Kosovo

The “Lulëzojnë” Scholarship is an initiative by TOKA, Kosovo’s leading youth development organization, which has supported over 40,000 young people since 2015.
This scholarship aims to provide financial support to youth from economically disadvantaged families, with a special focus on girls and those from rural and remote areas. This will help them unlock their potential through education and civic engagement.


What does the scholarship cover?
• Up to 1,000€[1] (including income taxes) per student
• In-kind donations such as laptops, books, etc.
• Flexibility in covered expenses: university fees, living costs, academic materials, healthcare services, etc.
• Flexible geographic coverage: can support studies both in Kosovo and abroad
• Internship opportunities in companies related to their field of study (optional)


When will it start?
• Applications: June–August 2025
• Application Review: September 2025[2]
• Scholarship Disbursement: October 2025

[1] 20% of your donation supports the administration and program support. This brings the total value of each scholarship to 1,250, which helps students cover school fees, housing, health-related expenses, books, laptops, and other essential academic tools.

[2] A threshold of a minimum of 2,500 applies. Donations from the USA, UK, France, and Belgium receive tax benefits (Global Giving, Zeffy). For donations of €5,000+, Kosovo companies can receive a tax deduction (Kosovo’s Sponsorship Law).

[3] Evaluations will be done by TOKA and external experts. For Co-branded scholarships, donors are invited to nominate an evaluator to the panel.
