AREN’T THEY SUPER?

May 28, 2019

TOKA’s Super-Volunteer Clubs raised more than 5,500 euros to implement 17 community service projects, serving almost 30,000 beneficiaries per year.

Over 300 youth and adult leaders worked for more than six months to complete these projects, which were showcased at TOKA’s first Service Learning Conference in Kosovo this May.

Many vulnerable groups like children with disabilities, families in need, and pensioners were provided much needed support, while the youth Super-Volunteers learnt new skills they need for the future.

The volunteer teachers who lead the clubs also reported how the Service Learning methodology has helped them become better teachers, too.

We have recently closed the Call for the 2nd Generation of Club leaders, and we hope to expand into more than half Kosovo’s municipalities by the end of the year.
