Applications for the “LULËZOJNË” 2026/27 scholarships are now closed: over 500 applications received!

The call for applications for the “LULËZOJNË” 2026/27 scholarships closed on 2 August 2026 at 23:59.

We received more than 500 applications from young people across Kosova. This number clearly reflects the significant need for financial support in higher education, as well as young people’s commitment to continuing their studies and contributing to their communities.

We thank all applicants for the time and effort they invested in preparing their applications. All applications have been received and will be reviewed carefully.

📌 What happens next?

The application assessment process will take place in three stages:

1. Administrative review – the TOKA team will review all applications to ensure that the required information has been completed, the necessary documents have been submitted, and the basic eligibility criteria have been met. This stage is expected to take place during August!
2. Qualitative assessment – applications that pass the first stage will be forwarded to the Scholarship Committee for a qualitative assessment. This stage is expected to take place during September!
3. Interviews – applicants who pass the second stage will be invited for an interview. Interviews are expected to take place during September!

📌 What should you keep in mind in the meantime?

• All applicants will be informed through email about the status of their application, regardless of the outcome. Therefore, there is no need to contact us to ask whether you have passed any stage of the assessment process.
• Please regularly check the email address you used to apply, including your spam or junk folder.
• Make sure that the phone number provided in your application remains active.
• If any clarification or additional documentation is required during the administrative review or qualitative assessment, the TOKA team will contact you directly.
• Due to the high number of applications, the assessment process will take time. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, as each application will be reviewed individually.
