Yesterday we said goodbye to Dr. Nicole Webster, an expert on civic engagement and social change. Dr. Webster, with the support of the US Department of State Fulbright Program, spent weeks analysing the work we do in Kosovo and gave us her recommendations for how TOKA can strengthen its positive impact in educating and developing Kosovar youth. Thank you Nicole and the Fulbright Program!
