Empower the youth, donate to the “Lulëzojnë"
DONATE NOWSLIPStream is a European cooperation project that strengthens youth participation in democratic life and social and civic engagement by connecting formal and non-formal education. The project supports the development, implementation, and institutionalization of Service Learning strategies across Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries.
Through joint efforts, project partners worked to improve the quality, accessibility, and inclusiveness of Service Learning practices, while promoting the recognition of competencies gained through active civic engagement.
Within the project framework, partners developed tools and resources to support Service Learning implementation, including:
Advocacy is a central pillar of SLIPStream. The project began with a transnational advocacy training in Brussels in November 2024, preparing participants to act as Service Learning Ambassadors in their local communities. This was followed by context analyses and advocacy actions in each partner country, raising awareness and strengthening recognition of Service Learning as a valuable educational approach for youth, schools, and communities. The project is led by Platforma dobrovoľníckych centier a organizácií (PDCO) and implemented by a consortium of organizations from Kosovo, Slovakia, Croatia, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Czech Republic, and Belgium, including TOKA (Kosovo).
