Empower the youth, donate to the “Lulëzojnë"
DONATE NOWThe Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESTI) has accredited, for a three-year period (2025 – 2028), two professional development programs for teachers:
These programs have been developed in partnership with the Faculty of Education of the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”, combining academic expertise with practical field experience.
The accreditation process was carried out in cooperation with the Institute for Research and Development in Education, within the Faculty of Education – University of Prishtina, ensuring full compliance with the national standards for teachers’ professional development in Kosovo.
The program for teachers aims to strengthen the professional capacities of teachers and educators in the use of effective teaching methodologies, with a particular focus on the “Experiential Learning” methodology. Through this approach, the program contributes to improving the quality of the teaching and learning process in the classroom by promoting active student engagement, structured reflection, and the connection of theory with practice and everyday life.
Meanwhile, the program for mentors is oriented toward building capacity within schools by preparing teacher-mentors who will support, guide, and mentor their colleagues in the effective implementation of this methodology.
