TOKA EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, JEHONA GJURGJEALA IS IN IOWA THIS WEEK!

December 5, 2016

What a great start to the Iowa week!

TOKA Executive Director, Jehona Gjurgjeala is in Iowa this week, to build partnerships in the field of youth exchange.

The first meeting was with the leaders of the City of Johnston, including Mayor Paula Dierenfeld, School District Superintendent Dr. Corey Lunn- as well as the incredible supporters from the Iowa National Guard, led by General Tim Orr. Thanks also to the extremely supportive Consul of Kosovo, General Xhavit Gashi.

Very excited with the start of this trip, which we hope to bring many benefits to Kosovo and Iowa youth – for years to come.
