SECOND “IMPROVING A PUBLIC SCHOOL” CAMPAIGN PROJECT COMPLETED!

August 1, 2018

The second project of “Improve a Public School” campaign has been successfully completed!

TOKA’s campers, who were part of the “Super-Volunteers” camp, have built bookshelves for the students of the primary school “Liria” in the village of Stroc, the Municipality of Vushtrri.

The project idea came from the teacher Donika Selaci, and was brought into life by our 40 campers from all over Kosovo, during the camp service learning sessions.

While working on the service learning projects the campers not only had fun and socialized, but they also developed their woodworking, planning and teamworking skills.

//This camp was financed by the Democratic Society Promotion (DSP) project – financed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark (DANIDA), and managed by the Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF). This camp was also supported by the international environmental organization WWF Adria and the Municipality of Prishtina
