THE FIRST PHASE OF OUR ‘TEACHER TRAINING AND MENTORING PROGRAM’ ENDED SUCCESSFULLY

The first phase of our ‘Teacher Training and Mentoring Program’ ended successfully! Through this program, teachers from 11 municipalities around Kosovo are being trained on modern teaching techniques.

The knowledge acquired in the prior trainings has been put into practice during this phase. Teachers have incorporated non-formal education activities from the TOKA educational activity database to their classroom lectures.

This way the teachers are developing their teaching skills, while the students are learning while having fun. From this program we can see that the effective non-formal education teaching techniques can be part of the education system in Kosovo.

Through this program, the teachers, and through them their students, are developing their competencies required from the new Kosovo curricula.
