Egzona joined TOKA in 2025 as Project and Communications Manager, bringing 6 years of experience in the civil society sector. She has led different campaigns in sustainable development, human rights, and education.

She holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Prishtina and an EU certification in Digital Marketing, blending social knowledge with digital skills to create real impact.

Passionate about film and music, Egzona finds daily inspiration in stories and sounds fueling her creativity and drive for change.
