Empower the youth, donate to the “Lulëzojnë"
DONATE NOWSaranda Murturi, Formal Education Program Manager at TOKA, has successfully completed the four-month Social Innovation and Management Program held in Vienna. The program was organized by the NGO Academy in cooperation with the Vienna University of Business and Economics (WU Vienna) and the ERSTE Foundation.
This prestigious professional development program annually selects only 25 NGO representatives from across Southeastern and Central Europe, providing them with advanced knowledge in NGO management, social innovation, leadership, and marketing. Its aim is not only to strengthen participants’ individual capacities but also to foster regional collaboration between civil society organizations.
Saranda was part of the program’s 12th generation, which went through three intensive training modules led by renowned international experts. The trainings covered cutting-edge topics such as innovation management, design thinking, project management, financial evaluation and impact measurement, fundraising, strategic marketing, and leadership.
By completing this program, Saranda brings new knowledge, international experience, and fresh ideas to Kosovo’s education and NGO development sectors—contributing to greater impact and effectiveness of social initiatives.
“Participating in this program has been an incredibly valuable experience. In addition to gaining practical and advanced knowledge, what made it even more special was the opportunity to gain diverse perspectives and be part of a network of committed professionals from across the region.” – Saranda on her experience in the program
