“GET EMPOWERED TODAY, CHANGE YOUR COMMUNITY TOMORROW!” PARTICIPANTS BECOME COUNSELORS!

The training sessions of the “Get empowered today, change your community tomorrow!” project are going on strong.

Through these sessions we aim to develop the skills of over 100 youngsters from Kaçanik, Elez Han, Gjilan and Viti!

This session can be considered as the most important for the participants. They showed their main takeaways from the program and entered the role of their mentors by teaching a group of sixth graders the skills they have learned during these 3 months.

The younger group learned a lot, all by having fun!

Through this project we are developing participants’ skills in communication, leadership, critical thinking, decision making, responsibility, independence and ultimately the ability and ways they can contribute to the development of the community as a whole.
