Open Call for Participation at Shakespeare Play (CLOSED)

Do you dream of becoming a Hollywood star?
Do you want to become a world known actor/actress?
Do you plan on studying acting?

This summer, together with Youth Bridge Global of the US, TOKA is offering a unique opportunity to participate in the world’s classical work of Shakespeare “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”.

Youth Bridge Global (YBG) was established in 2004 from Dr. Andrew Garrod, professor at the prestigious university of Dartmouth College, USA. YBG has produced numerous plays in various contries, in which case many participants have gone on to follow a successful career path in acting. For the first time in Kosovë, YBG is organizing the play during this summer and is asking to recruit 50 young people to participate. Joining is for FREE!

• Applicants should be between the age of 14 to 22.

• Auditions are on June 21st, and 22nd June from 10-12 AM, and 14:00 – 16:00 PM

• Rehearsals are held daily from June 24 to August 14 starting from 10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00 at TOKAs offices in Pristina (transport will be reimbursed to persons traveling from cities outside Pristina with public transport rates)

• Performances scheduled for August 15th, 16th, in Prishtinë and 18th, in Prizren or Suhareke

• Venues to be confirmed this summer.

• Application deadline is June 13th, 2019
