Open call for youth projects

August 25, 2023

TOKA’s Youth Leaders Academy invites all NGOs to apply in the open call for funding youth projects by the Solidarity Action Day Fund.

The Solidarity Action Day Fund is a fund raised during the voluntary work of 275 young volunteers in 25 businesses and by 5 sponsors for this voluntary project. Solidarity Action Day was organized for the first time in Kosovo by the TOKA’s Youth Leaders Academy in June of this year. The Leaders of the Academy and TOKA offer 4,253 Eur from the Solidarity Action Day Fund for two winning projects focusing on these two areas:

  • Youth mental health,
  • Children with special needs.

The call is open to all non-governmental organizations which:

  • Are registered and active in Kosovo,
  • Implement projects and activities either in the field of mental health of young people or that of caring for children with special needs,
  • Want to improve the community.

Special attention will be paid to projects with elements of volunteerism and/or the involvement of local/central institutions in their activities.

The 2 best ideas that are selected will be supported with the following amounts:

  • NGO with the project for the mental health of young people with 2,126.50 Eur
  • NGO with the project for children with special needs with 2,126.50 Eur.

The project implementation period is September 15 – October 31, 2023.

Before applying, we invite you to carefully read the Terms & Conditions document.

The deadline to send the following documents, with which you officially become part of the selection for support from the Solidarity Action Day Fund, is September 3, 23:59 to ditaesolidarity@toka-ks.org
